Italian shipbuilder Tureddi has announced the launch of two new superyacht concepts: the Ultra 40 and the Hyper 50. The 40-meter Ultra 40 and the 50-meter Hyper 50 are available exclusively through Dome Yachts.
The larger of the two is the Hyper 50, which has an overall length of 50 meters and was designed by Italian architect Antonio Bicchierri. The yacht has an all-aluminum construction with sleek automotive-style lines. Key specifications of the yacht include a draft of 2.4 meters, a beam of 9.3 meters and an estimated top speed of 20 knots at half load.
The Hyper 50 superyacht is equipped with a range of leisure facilities including dedicated lounging areas on the main and upper decks, folding balconies at the water's edge, and two inviting swimming pools. The first pool is located on the sundeck and is surrounded by sun pads; the second pool is situated at the bow of the boat with sofa seating and coffee tables.
Because the Hyper 50 superyacht's interior emphasizes “clarity” and minimizes volume, the layout is primarily decorated with freestanding pieces. This design philosophy is reflected in the Beach Club, which features comfortable sofa seating and modular fitness equipment, with a solid color palette combined with light wood and white interiors to further enhance the minimalist aesthetic. 6 staterooms on the Hyper 50 superyacht can accommodate a total of 13 guests, with additional quarters for 10 crew members.
Other highlights of the Hyper 50 superyacht include a sunbathing hot tub and dining area, as well as a main deck master suite at the bow. This suite offers panoramic views of the ocean and features an en-suite bathroom. In addition, depending on the owner's preference, one of the staterooms can be converted into a gym, study or private lounge.
The Ultra 40 superyacht is also made entirely of aluminum and retains the automotive design of the Hyper 50 above, including the distinctive hexagonal porthole frits”. These fenders can be combined with large swim platforms to create versatile and spacious outdoor areas.
The aft deck, with its swimming pool, sun pads and modular furniture, provides a comfortable and flexible space for relaxing and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow seamless access to the main salon and formal dining area.
Powered by twin CAT C32 engines, the Ultra 40 has a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 15 knots.
