The accommodation arrangement includes nine guest cabins. Large windows, generous deck spaces and a private owner’s deck help separate private accommodation from guest and entertainment areas.

Public sources differ slightly regarding maximum guest certification, with commonly published figures ranging from 18 to 22 guests. The current certified accommodation arrangement should therefore be verified from the yacht’s official specification and registration documents.

 

Performance and Cruising Range

SHODAN is powered by twin MTU 20V 4000 M73L diesel engines. Published specifications indicate a cruising speed of approximately 14 knots, a maximum speed of around 18.5 knots and a cruising range of approximately 5,250 nautical miles.

These figures position SHODAN as a long-range displacement motor yacht designed for transatlantic cruising and extended periods between major refuelling stops.
