The agreement marks a significant strategic step in Ferretti Group’s international expansion, reinforcing its presence in one of the most dynamic and high-potential luxury markets worldwide. The UAE has established itself as a global centre for high-net-worth individuals, supported by advanced marina infrastructure, premium waterfront real estate and year-round cruising conditions, making it a natural growth territory for superyacht and luxury yacht brands.
AAA Marine was formed through the merger of Al Otaiba Investment and RIC Holding, creating a robust platform with strong regional expertise and financial strength.
