French shipyard Fountaine Pajot has introduced its largest power catamaran to date with the launch of the Fountaine Pajot Power 80, a new flagship model that combines superyacht-style living with the efficiency and stability of a multihull platform.
Measuring 24 metres in length, the Power 80 builds on the success of the brand’s sailing flagship, the Thira 80, which debuted in 2023. Both yachts share a common design platform developed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, led by designer Olivier Racoupeau. The naval architecture and exterior styling retain the sleek profile and signature hull windows that define the Fountaine Pajot design language.

The Power 80 offers a spacious multihull layout with a beam of more than 11 metres, creating over 400 square metres of living space across interior and exterior areas. Wide side decks, multiple lounge zones and a 40-square-metre flybridge provide extensive outdoor living spaces designed for socialising and relaxation.
Performance is delivered through twin Volvo engines, producing a cruising speed of around 13.7 knots and a top speed of 16 knots with the standard 600hp configuration. Owners can opt for more powerful 900hp engines, increasing the yacht’s maximum speed to approximately 22 knots. Integrated solar panels installed on the flybridge hardtop and superstructure help power onboard systems and improve energy efficiency during cruising.

Inside, the yacht features an open-plan saloon designed by Isabelle Racoupeau in collaboration with the shipyard. Large windows and sliding doors connect the interior with the aft cockpit and forward deck, creating bright living spaces and strong visual links to the surrounding sea.
The Power 80 is available in multiple layout configurations. The owner’s version places a spacious master suite in the starboard hull, while alternative arrangements can accommodate up to six double cabins. Owners can also customise interior finishes and materials, including eco-friendly options such as vegan leather and marine-grade fabrics.
With the introduction of the Power 80, Fountaine Pajot continues to expand its presence in the large multihull segment, demonstrating the growing appeal of power catamarans that combine superyacht-level comfort with efficient long-range cruising capabilities.
