Horizon E98 Superyacht Do It Now Launched

Horizon has launched the first yacht in its new E98 line, Do It Now, following successful sea trials in Taiwan. The yacht will be transported to Florida for its public debut at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March.

The E98 expands Horizon’s E series beyond the E88, targeting clients seeking yachts larger than 90 feet without moving into 110-foot-plus complexity. CEO John Lu noted, “The E98 offers extensive indoor and outdoor spaces, flexible layouts, and amenities for owners looking for a yacht larger than 90 feet but not yet 110-foot-plus.”

Swedish designer John Lindblom styled the E98 with timeless lines and a high-performance hull, balancing offshore cruising capability with a six-foot draft that allows access to shallower anchorages. Do It Now features an open bridge layout, with an option to convert it into a fully enclosed, air-conditioned skylounge via a forward windshield and side panels.

Powered by twin CAT 1900hp engines, the yacht reaches an estimated top speed of 22.5 knots at half load, combining reliable performance with comfort for extended passages.

Horizon’s choice of the Palm Beach International Boat Show signals a focus on the North American market, where the E98’s size and draft suit Caribbean and Bahamian cruising.

The E98 is designed for owners seeking a “just-right” superyacht—large, luxurious, versatile, and capable of long-range cruising—offering a perfect balance of style, space, and performance in the 90–100-foot segment.
