Monte Carlo Yachts MCY 105 Flagship Sold In-House

Monte Carlo Yachts has announced the in-house sale of its 32-metre flagship motor yacht M, now renamed Cielo Nero, through Denison Yachting. Broker David Johnson represented both the seller and buyer, underscoring the efficiency and client trust in the transaction. The yacht is currently located in Fort Lauderdale and will be available for charters in the Bahamas this winter under Denison’s management.

Built in 2017 in Kevlar and carbon fibre, Cielo Nero was designed by the renowned Italian studio Nuvolari Lenard. Her sleek steel-grey hull and expansive windows complement a carbon-fibre T-top defining the 70-square-metre flybridge, resulting in a striking profile. The yacht accommodates up to 11 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam, two-level owner’s suite with private passage, and provides three crew cabins for operational support.

The yacht underwent a comprehensive refresh in December 2023, including new interior and exterior soft furnishings, select furniture and artwork, and updated AV systems. Brokers highlight that Cielo Nero is in “true turn-key condition,” ready for immediate use. Interior spaces feature hand-selected teak and oak with natural tones, while relocating the galley to the lower deck maximises main-deck space for lounging, dining, and socialising, supported by a dedicated bar area.

Outdoor living is emphasised across multiple decks. The flybridge offers a retractable 6-metre T-top, seating for 12, a barbecue, sunloungers, and covered dining areas. Forward, the Portuguese bridge leads to a foredeck lounge with Jacuzzi, sunpads, and an optional al fresco cinema. A versatile garage currently houses an AB Jet 390 XP tender and a Sea-Doo, with capacity for a larger 4.5-metre Williams tender. The yacht also features one of the largest retractable swim platforms in the MCY 105 range.

Powered by MTU engines recently overhauled at 3,000 hours, Cielo Nero achieves a cruising speed of 16 knots and a top speed of 22 knots, with a new black-water system ensuring modern operational efficiency.

This sale reinforces Monte Carlo Yachts’ position in the 100–105-foot segment, offering a combination of luxury, performance, and turnkey readiness for both private ownership and premium charter markets.
