A further €800,000 price reduction has been announced for the 32.6-metre sailing yacht Spirit of Malouen X, currently listed for sale with brokers Youri Loof and Laurent Pagès of Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage. The yacht is now asking €6,100,000 and is currently lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Delivered in 2012 as the first Wallycento Hamilton, the carbon-fibre composite cruiser-racer was built by Green Marine for the renowned Italian brand Wally Yachts. Naval architecture was developed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co in collaboration with Monk Design and Design Unlimited, combining high-performance sailing capabilities with a refined onboard living environment.
Since her launch, Spirit of Malouen X has undergone a comprehensive refit programme aimed at enhancing sailing performance. Key upgrades included a two-metre extension to the hull, while the yacht has continued to receive technical improvements over the years. She has been actively campaigned both as a cruiser in the Mediterranean and on the international Maxi racing circuit, including offshore competitions such as the RORC Caribbean 600. In 2022, the yacht notably won the Maxi Class at the Les Voiles de Saint‑Tropez.
Reflecting the distinctive design philosophy of Wally yachts, the vessel features minimalist styling both on deck and below. Flush teak decks and a spacious guest cockpit amidships create a versatile outdoor area suited for both cruising and racing conditions.
The interior is designed to accommodate six guests in three cabins, comprising a master double and two twin cabins, along with quarters for a crew of four. Hidden lighting throughout the accommodation areas helps preserve night vision while maintaining a warm and comfortable atmosphere. A generously sized galley allows the chef to cater for either a full racing crew or guests during extended cruising.
Powered by a single 300hp Diemaxx engine, the 89GT yacht offers a cruising speed of around seven knots. With her latest price reduction, Spirit of Malouen X represents a competitive opportunity within the high-performance sailing yacht market.
