The Pershing 140 represents the most ambitious project in the brand’s history, redefining what a large-format sports yacht can achieve. At 43.3 metres, it is Pershing’s largest model to date and the first built entirely in aluminium at the Ferretti Group Super Yacht Yard in Ancona. More than a new flagship, it proves that extreme performance, expanded volume and unmistakable Italian design can coexist at near-superyacht scale.

Performance remains the yacht’s defining trait. Powered by four 2,600hp MTU 12V 4000 M96L engines, the Pershing 140 reaches top speeds of approximately 36 to 38 knots, with a fast cruising speed around 30 knots—figures rarely associated with yachts approaching 400 gross tonnes. A four-waterjet propulsion system, combining two central boosters and two steerable units, works in harmony with an optimised deep-V aluminium hull to deliver not only speed but also confident handling and stability in demanding sea conditions. At 10 knots, the yacht offers a range of roughly 1,400 nautical miles, adding genuine cruising capability to its performance profile.
Designed by Fulvio De Simoni, the exterior retains the aggressive, automotive-inspired styling that defines Pershing. An elongated bow, sharp horizontal lines and the signature metallic grille at the prow give the yacht a powerful stance, while a flush foredeck preserves clean, aerodynamic lines. Despite a gross tonnage of approximately 398 GT, the Pershing 140 maintains the sleek proportions of a true sports yacht.

One of the model’s standout features is its transformable foredeck. A large sliding panel conceals a sunken lounge and jacuzzi while underway, preserving the yacht’s profile, and reveals a generous social area when at anchor. The space is designed to disappear during navigation and impress when deployed.
At the stern, the Pershing 140 delivers a beach club typically seen on much larger yachts. The opening transom creates a shaded waterside lounge, complemented by fold-down side terraces and a sliding swim platform that significantly expands usable space. The tender garage doubles as a flexible sea-level area for toys or casual entertaining.

The flybridge combines command and comfort, with a fully equipped bar and lounge beneath the hardtop and a forward helm offering excellent visibility for high-speed cruising. Inside, the yacht balances sophistication with restraint. Accommodation for up to 10 guests includes a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP cabins and two twin staterooms, all finished in calm, contemporary tones.
With only five Pershing 140s ever to be built, exclusivity underpins its appeal. Fast, bold and unapologetically distinctive, the Pershing 140 sets a new benchmark for large sports yachts—delivering power, design and prestige without compromise.
