As it marks a decade of arts patronage, Sanlorenzo has unveiled its most ambitious cultural programme to date, presenting a year-long calendar that bridges art, design, craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. The 2026 agenda also represents the first full year of activity at Casa Sanlorenzo, the brand’s permanent cultural venue inaugurated in 2025 during Venice Climate Week.

A Cultural Hub in Venice
Casa Sanlorenzo now serves as the centrepiece of the shipyard’s arts initiative, offering a platform where contemporary creativity meets environmental dialogue. The 2026 programme opens in April at Milan Design Week, where Sanlorenzo will return to the Interni exhibition circuit with a new installation by Piero Lissoni at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
From May through November, Casa Sanlorenzo will host a curated sequence of exhibitions and events aligned with major moments in the international art calendar.
‘Waves’ During the Venice Biennale
The first headline exhibition, Waves, will run from 6 May to 28 June during the Venice Biennale d’Arte period. Curated by Sergio Risaliti, Artistic Director of Museo Novecento, alongside Cristiano Seganfreddo and supported scientifically by Ersilia Vaudo Scarpetta, the show will bring together works by modern masters such as Alexander Calder, Lucio Fontana and Tony Cragg, alongside emerging contemporary voices.
In early June, Sanlorenzo will again open Casa Sanlorenzo during Venice Climate Week, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability through dialogue and collective action.

Craftsmanship and Contemporary Vision
From 1–30 September, Casa Sanlorenzo will host the fourth edition of Homo Faber in Città, curated by the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship. The exhibition, titled An Island of Light and artistically directed by Es Devlin, explores the interplay between light, materials and artisanal expertise.
The cultural season concludes with a solo exhibition by Sicilian photographer Roselena Ramistella (12 October–24 November), documenting life on Italy’s lesser-known islands beyond peak tourist seasons.
Commenting on the milestone year, Executive Chairman Massimo Perotti described Sanlorenzo Arts as the “cultural compass” of the organisation, reflecting the belief that culture and responsibility form the foundation of excellence.
With its 2026 arts calendar, Sanlorenzo reinforces its identity not only as a superyacht builder, but as a patron committed to meaningful dialogue between art, sustainability and design.
