British luxury yacht manufacturer Sunseeker is set to enter a new chapter as KPC, a private investment vehicle, moves to acquire the Poole-based company. The transaction, first reported by Sky News, would mark the third change of ownership in less than two years for one of the United Kingdom’s most recognised marine brands.
