Five things you may not know about the Admiral Superyacht brand

1.Admiral superyachts are known for their elegance and nobility and fully customized luxury yachts. Taking design cues from the classics, it is known for its distinctive modern lines - a style that can be traced back to the very first yachts it built.

The first yachts in the Admiral fleet were built in the 1960s, when organic forms were the dominant design, and Admiral yachts were inspired by the round hull designs of the time. Today, the lines of its yachts have evolved to be silkier, sleeker, and more angular, but it still retains and exudes the classic elements of its early days in its interior design.

Admiral Yachts does not offer a range of products. Each yacht is customized. Every yacht delivered so far has been unique. This is one of our most advantageous features.

2. In addition to being an excellent shipyard, Admiral and its headquarters, Italian Marine Group, are primarily positioned as an excellent luxury company.

When you walk into their office, everything is well known. The interior of the office is decorated with luxurious materials and décor, with classic and modern art styles that complement each other, making you feel like you are walking in the Louvre in Paris, rather than in a busy workplace.

With partners such as Giorgio Armani and Automobili Lamborghini, for example, among the world's top luxury brands, it is clear that we are not only a shipyard producing luxury yachts, but also a top-quality and excellent luxury company.

3. Perhaps it's a great coincidence that Admiral is based in Marina di Carara, where Carrara Marble is produced. This is a luxurious material that has been favored by craftsmen and artists for centuries. Excavations of this precious stone date back to Roman times and have been used in many famous buildings and works of art, such as the Pantheon in Rome and Michelangelo's statue of David.

4. Rumor has it that Admiral owns the most popular and luxurious yacht in the world.

The Admiral X Force145 yacht has a very luxurious interior. In addition to the spacious main salon area, the interior swimming pool features an oversized central floor-to-ceiling crystal chandelier surrounded by solid marble flooring and decorated with crystal sculptures. There are also two swimming pools, two movie theaters, two helipads and a two-tiered swimming pool on board, equipped with a variety of fitness facilities.

5. As a pioneer of early yacht design, Admiral has always pushed the boundaries. 34m MAU MAU was one of the early yachts built by Admiral and one of the first yachts in history to be over 30 meters. At the time, the average size (length) of a yacht was no more than 18 m. The MAU MAU had four powerful engines and reached a rare top speed of 32 knots.

Today, Admiral continues this tradition of innovation through the use of new materials, advanced technology and cutting-edge design, and their perseverance and hard work has been recognized with the Admiral 54 series SEA FORCE ONE being awarded “Most Innovative Yacht” and “Best 50-59m Displacement Motor Yacht”. The Admiral 54 series yacht SEA FORCE ONE was awarded “Most Innovative Yacht” and “Best Displacement Motor Yacht 50-59 meters”.

At The International Yacht & Aviation Awards in Venice, Italy in 2021, the Admiral-built GECO was awarded “Best Motor Yacht over 40 meters”.
